About the Founder
Ankush Bhandari and his wife, Malvika, established upEducators in 2020 to upSkill educators in India on digital pedagogy and innovative teaching practices. Ankush is a Google Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Certified Data Scientist. He has extensive experience in Teachers Training. Additionally, Ankush attended Helsinki University in Finland to learn about the best practices of school education systems worldwide.
In his previous role, he held a leadership position in an NSDC partner company. Under his guidance, the company successfully trained over 15,000 students & professionals in Data Science, Finance, Accounts and Digital Marketing. As the Product Head, he also co-authored five books on Financial Planning published by Tata Mcgraw Hill.
Head of Academics
Ms. Manju Borkar, the Head of Academics at upEducators, boasts an impressive 16-year tenure in educational leadership, including roles as Principal and Director Principal. Her academic background is comprehensive, with an MSc in Chemistry, a Bachelor of Education, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, along with a specialization in Teacher Counselling. Manju is recognized as a Google Certified Trainer and Microsoft Certified Educator, further enhanced by her ICF Life Coach Certification, and extensive expertise in NLP, Mindfulness, Soft Skills, Emotional Intelligence, and Behavioral Skills Training.
Academic Consultant
Dr. Preeti Maheshwary serves as the academic consultant at upEducators, leveraging her extensive experience in data science and education. She is the Dean of Faculty of Future Skills at Scope Global Skills University, Director at AISECT Future Skill Academy & AVGC Academy, and holds a Senior Data Scientist role. Additionally, she contributes as an Adjunct Professor & Director of CIOTAC at RNTU Bhopal, specializing in BIPOC mentoring and fostering future skills development.

Ms Vinodini is a Google Certified Trainer and Post Graduate Diploma in Advance Computing (DAC). She has been teaching Computer Science and Math subjects for the last 15+ years. She has trained over 3000+ Teachers at upEducators to become Google Certified Educator.
Mr Nanjappa is Google Certified Trainer and Microsoft Certified Trainer with over 23 years of teaching experience. A tech enthusiast who has trained over 3000+ educators who enjoys exploring new technologies and finding innovative ways to enhance the learning experience.
Ms Hema is a Google Certified Trainer and Microsoft Certified Trainer and Post Graduate in Mathematics. She has over 18 years of experience in the education sector. She has trained over 1000+ Teachers at upEducators to become Google Certified Educator.
Ms Sonal is Certified Design Thinking Practitioner from SDTP, London and has a MCA from Delhi University. She is a Google Certified Educator and has over 15 years of experience and has taught Coding to more than 10,000 students and 2000+ teachers.
Ms Shephali has 12 years of experience in the field of education and has worked in a leadership role for over 5 years. She is a Google Certified Educator and has trained 1000+ educators on Digital Tools.
Ms Mukta has 12 years of experience in teaching and was a technology trainer in a reputed school in Gurgaon. She is a Microsoft Certified Educator has trained 500 educators on Digital Tools, Cyber Safety and Digital Citizenship
